2024-2025  SEASON TRYOUTS REGISTRATION FORM
​Xceleration Volleyball Club Tryouts for the 2024-2025 club season will be held at the Xceleration Sports Facility, 360 Ferry Street, Martinez, CA. Tryouts are open to all girls interested in playing club volleyball.

​HIGH SCHOOL 15s-18s: Times are subject to change 
  • 17s/18s:  Saturday, July 27th, from 1:30-3:30pm 
  • 15s:  Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 8:30-10:30am
  • 16s:  Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 11:00-1:00pm 
  • SUPPLEMENTAL for 15s-18s: Sunday, July 28, 2024, from 10:30 am - 11:30 am
  • Signing Night:  Wednesday, July 31, 6 pm - 8 pm - MANDATORY

​PRE-HIGH SCHOOL 12s-14s: Times are subject to change
  • 12s/13s:  Saturday, October 26, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm​
  • 14s:  Saturday, October 26, 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
  • Signing Night:  Wednesday, October 30, 6 pm - 8 pm - MANDATORY

​STEP 1: ONLINE PAYMENT
Payment must be received and a payment transaction number is required to complete registration. Before submitting your registration, please visit our STORE to make an online payment to obtain your Payment Transaction Number.​​ No checks accepted by mail. PLEASE BRING (ELECTRONIC OR HARD COPY) PROOF OF PAYMENT AT TRYOUTS.

STEP 2: ONLINE REGISTRATION
Due to overwhelming numbers and to ease the registration process at tryouts, online registration is required. There will be no paper registrations accepted onsite. Please have your Payment Transaction Number (visit our online STORE) before completing your registration with Xceleration. ​ PLEASE BRING (ELECTRONIC OR HARD COPY) PROOF OF REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TRANSACTION AT TRYOUTS.

    Please read this provision carefully as it modifies and limits you and your children(s) rights. 
    I, the parent/guardian_________________________ of child/children_________________________ signing below, wish for myself and my child/children to utilize the services, facilities, property and equipment offered by Xceleration Volleyball Club.
    For and in consideration of my child's use of the NorCal Courts, its facilities and equipment located at or near 360 Ferry Street, Martinez, California commonly referred to as the Xceleration Sports Facility and other valuable considerations, the undersigned expressly agree to forever discharge, hold harmless, waive and release from liability Xceleration Volleyball Club, its members, managers, coaches, officers, agents, employees, insurers and Owners from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, liabilities, causes of action and lawsuits for all acts of active and passive negligence to the fullest extent possible by law resulting from any accident or injury sustained by the child(ren) resulting from or connected with use of the gym, property, facilities or while engaging in an event, practice or camp at the gym, including coming to or going from said event.  This waiver and release of liability applies to and includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, mental injury, emotional distress, death, and transmission of communicable diseases such as COVID-19 commonly referred to as the Coronavirus, property damage, economic and non-economic damages.  I further agree to defend, indemnify and assume all expenses, costs, attorney's fees and losses arising from said injury or accident of said child(ren) and to hold Xceleration Volleyball Club, its members, managers, coaches, officers, agents, employees, insurers and Owners harmless and free of any and all liability.

    ​CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS:
    ​All transactions are final. No refunds/credits will be issued due to player cancellations or no shows after registration is submitted. Tryout fees are non-refundable.
