Ashley is starting her first season with Xceleration having recently moved to the Bay Area from Green Bay, Wi. While in Green Bay she was the Head Coach for the 13-1 team for the Green Bay Select Volleyball Club. Ashley played for 8 years in the Badger Region of USAV and is very excited to bring her volleyball knowledge and coaching skills to our area. Ashley believes in coaching what you can control … your preparation and your effort … giving yourself the best chance of achieving peak performance each time you compete. She is currently studying at JFK University working on her MA in Sports Psychology.
