Buddy joins Xceleration this season as the Head Coach of our first 12’s team! He has had 7 years experience coaching at
St. Leander middle school and was the 14’s coach at Kalani VBC. He is an avid student of the game and is a member of the American Coaching Academy and American Volleyball Coaching Association. He is Gold Medal Squared trained and has led his teams to various league titles over the years. His passion for the game has led him to organize the Summer Volleyball Camp the past 4 seasons and was twice an assistant to former Olympian Pat Powers at his volleyball clinics. Buddy’s coaching philosophy can best be summed up in his favorite quote: “Anyone can make things look complicated. It takes genius to simplify.”
