Mission Statement
Xceleration Volleyball is committed to the improvement of its volleyball players. It is our goal for all participants to learn and/or grow a love for the sport of volleyball and to develop as players who are fundamentally and technically sound. To achieve this, we are committed to employing coaches who share our mission, vision, and values, and are willing to work with us to better themselves and their players. As a club, we will train our players to compete against the best competition locally, regionally, and nationally.
How Do We Support and Achieve Our Mission?
Place the development of our athletes as our #1 priority over any other.
Offer year-round training.
Train all our coaches in the techniques and strategies to be used at each age level.
(All coaches are also trained to provide an environment rich with instruction, positive feedback, encouragement, competition, and discipline.)
Provide mentoring services to our athletes for marketing them to college volleyball programs.
