  • Beach Camps will be held at the Moraga Commons Park, 1425 St. Mary’s Road, Moraga, CA 94556.
  • Fee excludes additional cost for volleyball association membership(s) and tournament (TBD) fees
  • Weekly Drop-in sessions are available until capacity is reached. ​
  • Pre-registration is required, as spots are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. If sessions are full, you will be placed on a waitlist.
  • Xceleration Beach plans to host in-house tournaments - costs and dates to be determined.
  • All participants may also choose to participate in NCVA/CVBA tournaments. You will be required to be a member of the California Beach Volleyball Association (CBVA) and the Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA) to enter these tournaments. (Note: If you are currently playing indoor volleyball this season and already an NCVA member, no additional NCVA membership is required; you will just need to purchase a CBVA membership.)

    WAIVER OF LIABILITY: PLEASE READ AND SIGN BELOW.
    Please read this provision carefully as it modifies and limits you and your children(s) rights.
    I, the parent/guardian_________________________ of child/children_________________________ signing below, wish for myself and my child/children to utilize the services, facilities, property and equipment offered by Xceleration Volleyball Club, St. Mary's College and The Town of Moraga through its Parks and Recreation Department (“Town”).
    For and in consideration of my child's use of the Moraga Commons Park, its facilities and equipment located at or near 1425 St. Mary's Road, Moraga, California commonly referred to as the Moraga Commons Park and other valuable considerations, the undersigned expressly agree to forever discharge, hold harmless, waive and release from liability Xceleration Volleyball Club, St. Mary's College, the Town, its members, managers, coaches, officers, agents, employees, insurers and Owners from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, liabilities, causes of action and lawsuits for all acts of active and passive negligence to the fullest extent possible by law resulting from any accident or injury sustained by the child(ren) resulting from or connected with use of the gym, property, facilities or while engaging in an event, practice or camp at the gym, including coming to or going from said event. This waiver and release of liability applies to and includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, mental injury, emotional distress, death, and transmission of communicable diseases such as COVID-19 commonly referred to as the Coronavirus, property damage, economic and non-economic damages. I further agree to defend, indemnify and assume all expenses, costs, attorney's fees and losses arising from said injury or accident of said child(ren) and to hold Xceleration Volleyball Club, St. Mary's College, the Town, its members, managers, coaches, officers, agents, employees, insurers and Owners harmless and free of any and all liability.

    By signing this agreement, I (we) acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to by attending the Camp/Tournament Programs and that such exposure may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Camp/Tournament Programs run by Xceleration Volleyball Club at Town facilities may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, City employees, volunteers, and other program participants and their families.

    I (we) voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s participation in Town programming (“Claims”). In consideration of participation in these programs, on my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby agree to release, waive, covenant not to sue, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Town, Xceleration Volleyball Club, St. Mary's College, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Town,     Xceleration Volleyball Club, St. Mary's College, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether risk occurs before, during, or after participation in any Town or Xceleration Volleyball Club program.

    I have carefully read the above, understand its contents and on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, agree to the terms contained herein:

    ​All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued due to player cancellations or no shows after registration is submitted. However, credit may be applied towards any future Xceleration clinics, lessons, or camps. ​
