  • Payments must be received and a Paypal transaction number is required to complete registration. Before submitting your registration, please visit our STORE to make an online payment to obtain your Paypal Transaction Number.
  • Beach Camps will be held at the Moraga Commons Park, 1425 St. Mary’s Road, Moraga, CA 94556.
  • Fee excludes additional cost for volleyball association membership(s) and tournament (TBD) fees
  • Drop-in sessions are NOT available.  Neither kids or coaches can switch groups once they have interacted with their assigned group. ​
  • Pre-registration is required, as spots are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. If sessions are full, you will be placed on a waitlist.​
  • All participants will be required to be a member of the California Beach Volleyball Association (CBVA) and the Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA). Please visit https://cbva.com/ and https://ncva.com/ to purchase the respective memberships. (Note: If you are currently playing indoor volleyball this season and already an NCVA member, no additional NCVA membership is required; you will just need to purchase a CBVA membership.)

    ​WAIVER OF LIABILITY:  
    ​    Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19
    The novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”), has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. While COVID-19 can cause mild symptoms in some individuals, it can lead to severe illness and even death in others. Adults over age 65 and
    people of any age with serious underlying medical conditions including, but not limited to, HIV, asthma and other respiratory conditions, and pregnancy, may be a higher risk for more serious complications from COVID-19.

    The Town of Moraga through its Parks and Recreation Department (“Town”) and Xceleration Volleyball Club have required that camps held in Town facilities put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the Town     and Xceleration Volleyball Club cannot guarantee that you or your child (ren) will not become infected with COVID-19 if they attend a summer camp program. Further, attending a Summer Camp Program in a Town of Moraga facility could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.

    By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Camp Programs and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Camp Programs run by Xceleration Volleyball Club at Town facilities may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, City employees, volunteers, and other program participants and their families.

    I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s participation in Town programming (“Claims”). In consideration of participation in these programs, on my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby agree to release, waive, covenant not to sue, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Town, Xceleration Volleyball Club, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Town,     Xceleration Volleyball Club, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Town or Xceleration Volleyball Club program.

    ​All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued due to player cancellations or no shows after registration is submitted. However, credit may be applied towards any future Xceleration clinics, lessons, or camps. ​
